RMA / DOA PROCEDURE

For any faulty product in warranty purchased from FDC, the RMA procedure is as following:
  • Complete the attached RMA form and e-mail to FDC -- Download RMA Form
  • FDC will e-mail back the FDC RMA No. after verifying the information. This process will not exceed more than 48 Hours.
  • Send the faulty products to FDC with proper packing.
  • No item will be accepted without proper packing or with any of its accessories found missing.
  • Include RMA/DOA Form.
  • Mark packing with RMA/DOA No.
  • The RMA/DOA authorization will be valid for 30 Days from the day it is issued.
  • The DOA authorization is valid for 7 Days from the day it is issued.
  • Shipping charges to RMA Center to be borne by the customer.
  • The faulty products will be replaced within 4 / 5 days , subject to availability of stock.
  • Minimum inspection charge of AED.100 will be levied in case the product returned is found not faulty.
  • A Credit Note will be issued (at the current price of the item) if the item is not available in stock for more than 5 days after the faulty product have been received at RMA Center.
  • Only completed RMA/DOA request form with all the necessary information mentioned above will be processed.
  • Product returns must be authorized by FDC's RMA/DOA department; the product returned must not be different from the authorization; non-FDC products are not to be returned to FDC. The RMA/DOA premailer can be used as a packing list.
  • The quantity of product returned must not exceed the quantity authorized; the quantity returned must match the packing list/paperwork included in the return.

    DOA
    DOA is a product found faulty within the period of three days from invoice date.
  • Complete attached DOA Form. Download RMA Form
  • FDC will E-mail you back DOA No. Authorization
  • Send to FDC in original packaging the DOA product;
  • Include DOA forms.
  • Mark carton with DOA No.
  • Send to RMA/DOA department of FDC as mentioned in the procedures.
    FDC expects defective product returns to meet the following criteria.
